【摘要】:Lowoperatingtemperaturefuelcellssuchasprotonexchangemembranefuelcells(PEMFCs)requirehighpurityhydrogenformaximummaterialperformanceandlifetime.MeasurementofparticulatesinhydrogenisnecessaryforassuringafeedgasofsufficientpuritytosatisfyfuelcellandinternalcombustionsystemneedsasdefinedinSAEJ2719.TheparticulatesinhydrogenfuelforFCVsandgaseoushydrogenpoweredinternalcombustionenginevehiclesmayadverselyaffectpneumaticcontrolcomponents,suchasvalves,orothercriticalsystemcomponents.Therefore,theconcentrationofparticulatesinthehydrogenfuelshouldbelimitedasspecifiedbyISO14687,SAEJ2719,orotherhydrogenfuelqualityspecifications.Althoughnotintendedforapplicationtogasesotherthanhydrogenfuel,techniqueswithinthistestmethodcanbeappliedtogassamplesrequiringdeterminationofparticulatematter.1.1Thistestmethodisprimarilyintendedforgravimetricdeterminationofparticulatesinhydrogenintendedasafuelforfuelcellorinternalcombustionenginepoweredvehicles.ThistestmethoddescribesoperatingandqualitycontrolproceduresrequiredtoobtaindataofknownqualitysatisfyingtherequirementsofSAEJ2719andtheCaliforniaCodeofRegulations,Title4,Division9,Chapter6,Article8,Sections4180x2013;4181.Thelevelsofprecisionandaccuracystated.Thistestmethodcanbeappliedtoothergaseoussamplesrequiringdeterminationofparticulatesprovidedtheuserx2019;sdataqualityobjectivesaresatisfied.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
