【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestwomethodsfordeterminingthefibrecontaminationofmineralinsulatingoilusedinelectrotechnicalequipment,basedonfilteringasampleofoilandexaminingandcountingthenumberoffibresonthesurfaceofthefilterusinganopticalmicroscope.Fibresdownto100μminlengthcanbesizedandcountedbythesemethods.Themethodsareapplicablebothtounusedoilsandtooilsinservice.Themethodspecifiedinthemaintextisapplicabletooilsamplestakenfrombarrelledoilorfromelectrotechnicalequipmentinservice,inwhichthefibreconcentrationisexpectedtoberelativelyhigh.ThealternativemethodspecifiedinannexAisapplicabletosamplestakenfromnewoilinbulkcontainers,orfromlargetransformerswhichhavenotbeenoperatedmuchsincetheywerefilled,inwhichthefibreconcentrationisexpectedtoberelativelylow.NOTEThesemethodsarealsosuitableforotherinsulatingliquidssuchassiliconesandsyntheticesters.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO1183specifiesagradientcolumnmethodforthedeterminationofthedensityofnon-cellularmouldedorextrudedplasticsinvoid-freeform.Densitygradientcolumnsarecolumnscontainingamixtureoftwoliquids,thedensityinthecolumnincreasinguniformlyfromtoptobottom.NOTEThispartofISO1183isapplicabletopelletsaslongastheyarevoid-free.Densityisfrequentlyusedtofollowvariationsinphysicalstructureorcompositionofplasticmaterials.Densitymayalsobeusefulinassessingtheuniformityofsamplesorspecimens.Oftenthedensityofplasticmaterialswilldependuponthechoiceofspecimenpreparationmethod.Whenthisisthecase,precisedetailsofthespecimenpreparationmethodwillhavetobeincludedintheappropriatematerialspecification.
