【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofmoistureseparatorreheatersforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecovers:-moistureseparatorreheatersasavesselcontainingthemoistureseparatorandthereheaterbundles;-moistureseparatorasavesselcontainingthemoistureseparators;-highvelocitymoistureseparatorsasapartofthecross-underorcross-overline;-reheatersasavesselcontainingthereheaterbundles;-moistureseparators(forreplacementinstallation);-reheaterbundles(forreplacementinstallation);-moistureseparatorreheaterauxiliaryequipment(drains,ventsandheatingsteamsystems).ThisGuidedoesnotcover-pipeworkfromandtotheturbinesandfordrainandventsystems;-drainpumps.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchastheturbine,regenerativefeedheatingsystem,condenserandsteamgeneratingplant;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
